To night I am using the leftover spaghetti from Wednesday night's supper to make a Tetrazzini. It is easy to make and my grandchildren love it. I am using some cooked turkey for this one. I have also used chicken or even tuna. What other ways do you use leftover spaghetti?

I usually mix the sauce in with the noodles, so my options with the leftovers are pretty limited. I usually just end up eating them as is or making a spaghetti sandwich out of it. I know it sound weird, but it is good.

That does sound strange. I have never tried it. I always make more sauce than noodles, and rarely mix them. I let my grandkids use the extra sauce to make Pizza with. They like pizza and really have fun making it themselves.

I never have leftover spaghetti because I eat it until it's gone! I can eat leftovers for three or four days before getting tired of it, but if I make too much spaghetti for the sauce or too much sauce for the spaghetti, I freeze it and use it the next time I want it.

On occasion I mix the sauce and noodles and use it as leftovers. I usually do not mix the noodles and sauce because my grandkids like to make pizza from the sauce. I have frozen it a time or two. It is good when frozen and reheated.

this i learned from "everyday italian... ms. Giada De Laurentiis" she mixed a little flour on one egg, and add salt and pepper to taste. pour in on the left over spageeti then fry it in a non stick pan. when the under part is cooked turn it over. its crunchy at the outside and yummy flavored spaggeti on the inside.

I am not very good at coming up with ideas for leftovers, and I will rarely eat them. I just hope that if I put it in the fridge that the bf will eat it when he opens and looks for a late night snack. LOL

I usually only have sauce leftover. I do that so I can let my grandkids make homemade pizzas. If I am not in the mood for Tetrazzini I just dump it. Maybe someone will have some good ideas. Thanks anyway. LOL
