How often do you change your toothbrush?

I change mine every other month.The doctor suggests that one should change toothbrush no more than 3 monthes.
So, what about you? Do you change it regularly?
By the way,do you know how often we should change our towel?

I also change it every 3 months or so; whenever it starts to get worn down.

*making a note to self to get a new one* Thanks for the reminder. I don't remember the last time I got a new one actually, so it is probably time.
