Hi all!
This is a beauty tip to keep the skin young looking and the pores minimized.
The answer is in your freezer.
Rub an ice cube on the face until the facial skin feels numb.
Or you may want to put ice cubes in a small basin, fill it up with water and submerge your face for a minute (or until you can handle it) and repeat the process if desired.
Do this especially after a homemade facial, in order to close the pores.

Hi spoiled... it has been a long time...LOL... anyway, i agree with you. I did that when I was in high school and college. I agree with you that it makes the skin tight and healthy. Guess, I have to take time out to care for my face again... And don't forget about green tea. I simply love this drink and it has so many benefits. Lowers blood sugar, cholesterol and pressure, increases the immune system and helps skin healthy hehehe...been so busy...thanks and God bless

Now thats one to think about. I never knew this. I may have to try this out and see how it works for me. This sure beats botox that some people get. Instead of people getting botox they should do the ice thing.

I definitely agree on this one.. ice cubes could really provide emergency relief for blah skin.. smooth out those pores and revives the tired skin around your eyes.. washing with cold water also helps in ginving you that healthy glow.. =)
