I always say I love you to my husband, friends and family. When i leave my desk for what ever reason, I poke my head in the livingroom and tell my hubby I love him, sometimes he comes in here too for a kiss, a touch or just a smile. I say it before we fall asleep, when we wake, before we leave the house, as we are hanging up the phone. It is a natural thing for us to say it to each other but we do not take it for granted.
When I first met my husband he and his family very rarely said that to each other, now they all say it and to us when we see them or talk to them. It is catchy and does make the world go 'round.

I did not always say I love you to my husband, He has always said it to me a hundred times a day, now i say it every chance i get, because you never know if this will be the last time you get to say it. Love you, I know you are going to read this.

That is a lesson I learned when I was a kid. My parents were leaving for a weekend and I said I love you and have a good time. They explained to me that it wasn't really going to be a good time. I was very young and they thought I would not understand but they told me that my Great Aunt Madaline has passed away. I cried and realized that the last time she was at our house I was at my friends and didn't get the chance to say good bye and that I loved her. I was around 8 then and here I am in my 50's still remembering that. I always remember to say I love you.

The last time I told my husband that I love him was about a minute and a half ago, when I walked past his computer chair, on my way back from the kitchen to get another cup of coffee. I gave him a big kiss, and told him I love him, as I walked past.

My husband and I are very loving and affectionate. Every time one of us walks into the house (or goes to leave) we say I love you, as well as every time we get off the phone with each other and any other time throughout the day. If we're sitting across the room from each other, or are in a crowded place, we're always winking at each other and mouthing the I love yous. We've also gotten into the habit of, every time we get on the phone with each other and one of says "What are you doing?", the other replies "Missing you". We're disgusting lol
