when your dream conflict with social ideology,how shoule you do?

Now,it has become fashion to follow the individuality.
But is individual independence wholly a good thing,or do you think society benfits more when people have more clearly defined roles?
In my opinion,individual independence is aways my dream,but cooperation is becoming more and more important. what do you think? And when your dream conflict with social ideology,how should you do?

Being yourself! It's your life, and you only have one life time! I must admit that being others may easily get success in the real world, however, it will make you exhausted,and I am sure you cannot be happy since you don't follow your heart!

Id live with what i believe and not with the society's ideology.And when your dreams conflict with that of the society..follow your dreams and dont look back...the society doesnt care a damn about your happiness or sadness or whatever.why compromise your dreams and aspirations just becos some pple dont appreciate.DREAM On
