We all know, that it's obvious water is vital to our health. We are recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. If you drink less than that or drink no water at all, then you must hear me out for your sake. A minor water deficiency can lead to headaches, sleepiness and moodiness. While prolonged dehydration can cause high blood pressure and other serious problems.Drinking enough water helps our body do a better job and prevent bladder infections. As for women, water is more important for you health, plain water can prevent gaining weight to some degree.Water is also a great moisturizer can give your skin a healthy glow.By water ,I mean plain water no sugar. You may add some honey instead of sugar if you like sweet. Do these above give you enough reason to pick up this habit? For your health, give this small substance the importance it deserves.

What you said is absolutely right, we have to do one more thing that take 1/2 to 1 ltr. of water every morning when you weak up, as per my knowledge 4-5 litres of water we have to drink in a day. One more important thing is "WE SHOULD NOT DRINK WATER WHILE EATING, GIVING 15-30 MINUTES GAP WE CAN DRINK" with this food easily digests and acidity problems also solved.

I don't buy into that theory, and recent studies have shown that it is not true. I'm not saying you don't need fluids, and that you don't need to stay hydrated, because you do. What I am saying is that it doesn't have to be water, and certainly doesn't have to be plain water. We get water from food, and water from just about everything we drink. There are organs in the body whose specific job is too filter out impurities, and break down food and liquid into substances the body can use.. i.e. water and nutrients. As long as you drink, and eat, the vast majority of people will get plenty of water. Keep in mind you can over do it with water too. Drinking too much water can throw the salt tables in your body out of whack...leading to dehydration, among other things.

Last few days I watched a program on TV. A couple of twin sisters conducted a experiment to see whether people need force themselves to drink extra quantity of water every day. They lived in the same house, ate the same food for a week, during which one of the twins had to drink 8 glasses of water everyday while the other was not allowed to drink pure water at all------of course she can take fruits or have drinks, but no pure water. After 7 days, experts tested the moisture contained in their skin. To our surprise, there was almost no difference between them. So the experts concluded we could get enough water from our daily diet. We needn't force ourselves to drink water/Just drink when you feel like it.

I drink at least eight cups of water a day! Usually I drink a gallon a day, depending on how much exercise I get that day and how hot it is outside! The recommended eight cups a day is only the minimum amount an adult should drink! It can include broth and juice that you drink, although I think it best to drink plain water for at least half of your water intake for the day! If you do drink more than eight cups a day, make sure to drink spring water or any water that has not had fluoride added to it! I found out that hard way that after eight cups of water with fluoride in it, you will get too much fluoride and it is toxic to humans!

Yup, u are absolutely right!! I do drink 3 bottles of mineral water everyday, each bottle is 500ml.. LOL ^_^ The purpose of plain water is to cleanse our body system in the form of urine.. So once we keep drinking till we see our urine is clear white, it means we are hydrated enough ^_^ BUt water can't be drank too much as it will cause our body cells to be bloated or swell, which in turns will be bad for us..

its a very good thing you have brought to our notice and its something i wasn't aware about but had my doubts.each day when i will not drink enough water my head would start feeling heavy and i will feel irriated and cranky and tehn i will realise that it could be due to water.so i will drink atleast 1 litre of water and that would make me feel better in an instant.its important because it regulates your body temperature, composes 75% of brain, accounts for 22% of bones, makes up 75% of muscles,90% of lungs and our body is roughly 60% of water.
