Alert pay

Lots and lots of sites has switched to alertpay, but I haven't found any shops that accept alertpay, they mostly just accept paypal and that's it.
Having to pay 3€ everytime I withdraw my money to my bankaccount wouldn't leave me much with the current dollar-euro conversion, si I would just like to spend this money online. Any tips on webshops that will ship from US to Europe?
