Does everyone here on mylot do other stuff to make money too?

The main reason why I come here every day is for chatting and being with my friends, it's like my therapy, it makes me feel great, I love making new friends, and sharing experiences from people from all around the world, I have sisters here, great friends who are supportive and wonderful, the money is just a bonus, in all honesty I think I joined this site because it meant I could express myself and hopefully make friends, I am no good at making friends outside and I am not sociable in the outside world and I am very shy but not on Mylot, if that makes sense. I do do lots of sites to make money aside from Mylot.

I am falling short of some money to buy a PSP.. so was looking around for sites which would pay me since I'm online most of the time.. then I found myLot, I wanted to join it for the money involved, but on realizing its scheme of operation, I thought I'd use this for socialising with people.. Primary is socializing and then comes money..

When I first joined mylot I'm thinking of earning. Now I'm in both earining and of enjoying the discussions. I joined other sites too. These sites that I joined are recommended by my friends from mylot. A article writing site, yuwie and a survey sites.

I think I'm in quite a luck position here I do both.I come to sites like Mylot for the chat and to see what's going on and often I see and hear of new ideas where people can make money and increase their presence on the web. I am realistic enough to steer clear of the 'get rich quick' merchants because in my opinion it just doesn't happen. I make about $30 a month from things like the social website that pays (link on my profile)and that's useful for paying things like the web hosting fees for my main webiste which is dedicated to the promotion of my novel and publishing interests. Some people seem desperate to earn a lot of money online as they see it as their only choice. That desperation shines through and is not helpful. I just enjoy my posting, blogging, and try to rlax, the pocket change will follow.

I was originally searching for money earning schemes for my runescape account. I know how bad that seems but yea. i have found many scams and many alrite schemes. All did not suit my needs. To tell the truth, neither did this but i dont care. signed in, loved it and now i cant stop having chats. Its awsome. i dont mind about money anymore. i got mylot. LOL

I sell my old things on Ebay, but that is only for extra spare money too just like My Lot. To make money to pay my bills I have to get off my butt and go clean other people's houses! Lol. I make $15-$20 an hour doing that. I care about the money...I think it's wonderful that we are getting paid even just a little to post messages, which I was doing anyway on Multiply. But it is just extra money, like after I sell an old Tee shirt on ebay and I make a couple dollars and I go to the store on my lunchbreak and can use my paypal card to pay for my mountain dew I think that's cool. It's like getting a free drink. Just from getting rid of my son's old Tee Shirt. MyLot will be the same way, I'll be happy to get a little something for free just from typing my thoughts on things.

I am a writer to I get paid for writing, I write my own stories and get paid for it and I also research stuff for other people and write it up for their website and get paid for it too.

One of the reason I joined myLot initially was to make money. Now a days I am enjoying here. I have made some good friends here in myLot. Another good thing is that one can get good pleasure in replying to others discussions and getting valuable suggestions to one's own disucssions. I am also here to do some good chatting.

People that just enjoy the site, reading and writing discussions, are the ones that stick around. The ones that join for the money get frustrated and leave after a week or two. myLot has its good features, but the payout is not one of them. There are much better places on the net to earn some scratch for reading and commenting.

I can't speak for everyone but I joined mylot through a blog geared toward earning online. After the first day of posting I logged in the next morning to see that I made a whopping 3 cents. I realized then that I wasn't about to get rich here. I had fun with the discussions though and didn't give up. I learned more about how the site worked and now mylot is part of my every day routine. I do other stuff to make money as well. I slack off on them sometimes to be here even though the other places pat a lot more. I have more fun here and easily get bored with the other sites. I never have to force myself to come to mylot.

I was looking for websites that I could come on to talk and make friends, I do not have any friends in the area I live, I am at home all day looking after my children while my hubby works and it is very lonely at times not having anyone to talk to, the idea of earning a little something extra as well was an added bonus. I do work on a few sites other than here and am looking constantly for new ones too, just to make some extra pocket money.

this site is not a get quick rich or earn you more at a time..but there is lot of fun here sharing ideas and thoughts...I am here for fun and learn

I enjoy MyLot for the fact that you can put your opinion out there and make some money from it. I really like that. I also am a part of a couple of other online sites that allow me to earn money from them as well. I even started up a post on ways to make some $$$ online with the gas crisis as bad as it is in the U.S. and got some really creative answers. So for me it's both. I am also a part of other sites that allow you to express your opinion and you don't get paid for that and it doesn't bother me. Matter of fact, that is how I found out about this site. Someone sent an invite on doing the same thing here but getting paid over fourteen months ago, and I have been here ever since. I've only gotten paid twice since I've been here because to be honest, with two jobs and all, I don't have the time, but I truly enjoy MyLot and am here to stay.
