Maybe Western Union can help! they'll provide you with a unique number which you have to pass onto the recipient, and he has to provide that no. and a valid ID proof to claim the amount from their assigned collection centers. it's fast and you can track the progress anytime.

you can give ur friend's or any of the family members credit card number but just pay the amount to them which get deducted in transaction.
