I dont know whats wrong?!?

One minute iam fine-happy smiling with my friends and family. Then suddenly it starts- my anger builds up 4 no/small reason. I feel like running away from everything n everyone...far,far away. And then iam scared...scared of being alone-left by myself by every1. Yet iam alone n lonely. I dont want to be like this. Iam hurting every1 near n dear to me. In d process iam hurting myself. Infact iam hurting rite now...very badly.

It sounds to me like you are suffering from depression. You need to talk to your doctor and get some help for it. Don't think just because may have depression that it is a bad thing many people everyday go through this and they have found ways to cope with it. Medicine might be what you need because sometimes it is a chemical imbalance and there is nothing wrong with taking medication to assist you. Get to your doctor and tell your doctor exactly what you said here and I am sure your doctor will be able to help you. Know though you are not alone and you can beat this thing!

maybe u r bipolar...or postpartum depression...or other kind of depression... i dont know, just guessing.. i think u need a new scenery...go for a walk or jog, work out in the gym, or go to a spa, or just do something fun. get away from your normal life or where you live if you can...go on a vacation, whether for the weekend, one week, two week or even one day if you cant get away too long. i think u just need a break and a change of scenery to rejuvenate...maybe do some yoga...

yup u r rite. i need a change in scenery..... no i may b bipolar or i may b jst normal depressed.....dey dfntly r not post partum depression. thnks 4 ur suggestion.

The fact that you recognize a problem is good. Now the trick is to control it rather than letting it control you. It isn't easy. I've been working on it for years. Sometimes a chemical imbalance can be blamed, and sometimes not. You may want to consult your physician while you are trying to control and redirect this angry energy.

Read some books which would help you understand life better. Once you understand why we suffer and how we can stop it, life becomes very easy. Introduce spirituality in your life. That will reduce fear and accordingly anger will be controlled. We suffer due to our past actions. We will continue to suffer till we put an end to the actions which invite trouble. Try reading 'Science Of Self Realization'. You can find it online. It may change your life. I read Bhagvad Gita As It Is. It cut my anger by 80%.
