what is better a Desktop or a laptop ?

What do u guys prefer a Desktop or a Laptop why is that tell reasons
I choose Desktop because they provide much better hardware & performance options at reasonable rates but laptops are good only when you need mobile computing.

It's depends how a consumer uses it.If a die-hard-user of Internet / Game,it's probably Desktop is the best as it can bear the process for much longer time without giving a single problem.But if the user is just wanted to do typing work (especially office persons) then laptop is best for them.For me,Desktop forever for its customizable hardwares and unlimited usage for lifetime.

I have both a Desktop and a Laptop. I like to work on my desktop most because the keyboard is aesier for me and it is just more convient for me. But then my laptop too has its good points, I can take it with me whereever I go, it has the wireless internet. it is very lightweight. However, I have a nother mouse for it, I do not like the mouse on the laptop.
