Do you think serial killers should be able to make plea bargains?

Not only on television but in real life all kinds of criminals are given the chance to make a plea bargain for one reason or another. Personally, I'm for the death penalty for anyone who kills another person and don't think they should get a lesser sentence for any reason at all.
What do you think? Should criminals get to bargain with police and courts to get a lesser sentence? Should a serial killer be given something like 20 consecutive life sentences instead of the death penalty?

I think that they should have to pay the same way they made their victims die. Due unto others....
They saw to it their victims couldn't have a second chance, why do they deserve one?
