I'm going to Disney World, any suggestions on what I should see or do?

Okay so it looks as if I will be going to Disney World for a couple of days during the End of May, sometime around Memorial Day. To be honest I'm not all that into the whole Disney World experience (I grew up in California and used to go to Disneyland a lot growing up) but I need a vacation and the oppertunity presented itself. The plans now are to spend a day at Disney World, and a day at the Epcot center. Is there anything in particular I should I make a point to see, do or eat while I am there? I've never been too disney world before so I'm not sure what they offer. There was a space ride at epcot, and "soaring" that look kind of fun. Beyond those two things I don't have any idea how I will spend my time there. Any suggestions? Background info, male, single, mid-thirties, not into the kiddie stuff...

I much prefer Disneyland and the California park to Disney World, but it's still a whole bunch of fun for kids and adults alike. "soarin" is probably my favorite ride and they have a ride at Epcot caleed "Test Track" which is great, but getb there early as that one gets busy real quick. There is also a spot called Adventure Island (that may be wrong, but it's something like that) where there is lot's of cool places to shop, eat and drink. A good spot for the grown ups. I much prefer Universal Studios in Florida and it would be worth a day trip there if you get the chance.

I was so young when I went to Disney world so I cant remember if it's in the same area as it or not but I went to Busch Gardens and I loved it....I also recommend Sea world.
