Menstruation period....how long?

Why period use to be 3 to 5 days and it was a bit irregular. I'm very glad that i don't have any periods anymore, because the first day i always had terrible stupid cramps and the thing that helped against it was a hot shower.

I have regular period of 3 to 5 days. I took a bath when I have my period. I don't believe that taking a bath while having your period can make a woman crazy cause if its true what am I now? Even doctors don't believe that, my OB usually tells me that a woman should maintain a good hygene when having a period.

I don't have one any more, when I did it was about 6 days, and you need to bath and shower even more when you are that way to be cleaner, all that stuff you heard is crazy. It doesn't matter for having a window closed or not.

My period last 5-7 days and the first and second day is the worst, I feel tired, sleepy and lost my desire to eat.. My period is regular, but sometimes when I got stress a litle bit, it will be late and by the time I am having my period, I will feel terrible, my emotional feeling and mood will be turned upside down... I have checked to doctor and after the test they found I have imbalance hormon, but only light one and no need to take hormonal theraphy because I am still young and fine. I'll just need to take more healthy food with me..

I'm regular. Mine lasts for two days. It didn't used to me like that before it would last at least four or more days. I'm glad it's only two. I think it might have changed from being on the pill for a few years I stopped taking it a couple months ago and now it's two days but I'd rather have two than longer. As far as keeping clean I still wash and shower the same as I normally do.

My period never goes over three days. No, it is not regular and never has been. No, it is not true that you are not allowed to take a bath or shower, and yes you can have a window open. Air has nothing to do with your menstrual cycle neither does taking a shower. Your hygeine is more important while on your cycle, so make sure to bathe each day.

Mine usually last about a week. Around 5-7 days. About a year ago I was having a lot of trouble and they were lasting about a month or so. Very heavy bleeding also. I went to the gyno to check it out. I am on birth control because of it. I also get cramps, headaches, back pains, heavy flow. My periods suck. I know some girls who have theres for around 3 days, mine always last at least 5 and usually longer than 5 days. Almost everyone in my family has problems with there menstrual cycles. My sister just stayed home the other day because she was cramping way too bad to go to school. I started having my period when I was 10 years old and they have been bad ever since.

Mine usually lasts for 3-5 days. And yes, you HAVE to take a shower or a bth or something. I get cramps pretty bad the first few days and I of find that a hot bath usually helps sooth the cramps.
