In my honest opinion, the best gangster movie has to be Goodfellas. Oh and The Godfather. Carlito's Way is also a really good film, which I wasn't expecting because I hadn't even heard of it until my boyfriend suggested it.

For me it is American Gangster.Both Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe act convincingly and give depth to their characters.

"Goodfellas" for me. Not only the best mob movie ever made, it's one of the best movies I've ever seen. I definately recommend it, if you haven't seen it.
