I am needing vitamin B12 injections once a month. I have seen a dietician who says my intake is good, but my body is just not using it at all. I am exhausted for the last week before I get the injection.
Does anyone know anything they can share about this health problem please/

Did you try sublingual B12? You stick it under your tongue and it dissolves. I have found that it works well for me because it absorbs right away.

You can get it at any health food store. Some other stores might carry it too. They kind of look like round, chewable children's vitamins. You don't need a prescription. The kind I use come in a small box and they are on cards.
