What is the best place to go for a City Break?

My husband and I recently went to Barcelona for a City Break and it was fantastic. There is so much to see, it is really easy to get around on the underground, the people are really friendly, we loved the variety of architecture, and also the great choices of food and wine. I want to do another city break, and wonder what recommendations are out there.

Have you been to Paris? I've visited most of the capitals in Europe, but Paris is the one I love the most. Such a great city. Very romantic but also with several things to see.

I have been to Paris, but it was quite a long time ago, before I was married. Perhaps we ought to try it as a couple, since you are right it is a romantic city. Are there any particulars sights which you would recommend. I have been up the Eiffel Tower and the views are great.
