I feed a mix of BARK and homecooked, normally feed twice a day so bones in the morning and some raw meats or cooked stuff in the evening, but it varies depending on exercise and daily routine.

I feed them Kibbles and Bits or a generic similar. It is a mixture of moist and dry. I don't have a set amount of times. We have 4 dogs and when I see the bowl empty I will usually put some in there.

I make my own food for my dog. If you knew the stuff they put in store bought pet food, you would cringe. At first I thought making my own food would be expensive and time consuming but it's not really. I buy everything in bulk and I can make up a batch of food that I divide into serving sized container and freeze in a couple hours. I even make treats for my dog which she goes bananas over. Very simple to make. One of my dog cookie recipes is just beef baby food mixed with some other ingredients and baked in the over for half an hour then left to cool. If you are interested in making your own dog food check out this free resource that offers all kinds of free recipes. Such as: Bacon Bites, Beef Twists, Bulldog Brownies,Cheese and Bacon Biscuits, chow chow stew and Mutt Loaf. http://dogs.ultimate-digital.com/pamperdog/

Our dogs have always and will always eat dry dog food. They love it, so why waste the money on canned dog food right? They will occasionally get some homemade grub. They love fried eggs mixed in with some egg noodles.

i use dry for the most part because its cheaper and i can buy it in bulk but every once in a while i will get them a few cans of something good as a treat but they seem to like their dry food better anyway

I have a 12 year old Rotweiller. He used to eat dry food, but as he's gotten older, it's so much easier on his teeth for him to eat wet food. So we feed him 2 cans a day. (Plus he gets the leftovers of our meals too).
