my mom suggested that we should bring out cat to the new house a few times before moving, so she can get used to it. But my cat rarely go outside and I am so sure that she will be really scared, do you think it's good idea to do so?

The times I've moved (too many to count), the last to go to the new house were my cats. I have seven. I just shut them in a room while the furniture, etc was going. Then I took them to the new house and all the furniture that they knew was there. And I also didn't have to leave them again while they adjusted to finish moving.

I forgot to add that most cats hate car rides. Don't torture the cat with that. Mine are all inside cats, too.

I said car rides, plural. You stated going there multiple times to get her used to the new house. Only torture her one time with the necessary car ride there. If she likes a car, fine. Take her back and forth.

Don't take her in the car more than you have to. I had to move the cats in before I got everything moved into the house, I shut them up in a room that we weren't going to use with food, water and litter. Don't take them over, they are not dogs, they don't "get used" to it that way. And keep her in for at least a month or 2 after you move, even better, keep her in all the time, but that way she gets to know that this is home before she goes out if you do let her out.

yea... I think we will keep her in for awhile before letting her go out. She is actually scared of going out, so I do not even know if she will go out in the new house or not XD thanks
