E-Currencies Exchange - How is it safe ?

EHy there . Allways i've the problem that every site choose the way he wants to pay and there is no official way to exchange theese in paypal !
When i asked someone said "It's more safe that you withdraw directly in your BAnk account" but i've no account so
There's some site to change e-currencies safe ?
i've this "https://www.mypayscript.com/ " it is safe ?
Someone has some other site ?

1000s have been in the same situation as you are.
Unfortunatly I have to give you an answer you wont like.
You see the thing is this... Paypal wont allow exchange sites to use their sevices (they claim it's because of security, but I don't really know the real reason!?). Because of this you'll have a really hard time finding a site willing to exchange to paypal.
Even worse. If you do find a site willing to do this, then the site is probably a scam site - no real site ought to do this, since it's clearly against the terms of Paypal.
The best thing for you is to get a bank account. Whynot just get one? It's free!?
