paid to click

I would like to know if anyone has been on any of those paid to click sites? I belong to several of them and they seem not to pay very much, but I found this site that says they pay quite a bit it is called Wonderful mails, and there are several others, I am a little confused though they say you have to be a paid member to be able to withdrawal your money out and they have a life time membership available at three different levels. There are about 30 thousand people signed up on about 5 of them, I was wondering can that many people be wrong. I would like to know if anyone else is signed up with any of them and how they feel, and are they really paying what they proclaim to be paying.
