How many of you remember your Mom on Mother's Day. I still do even though she is gone to a better place. It just doesn't seem right that I should be buying flowers to place on her grave. Enjoy your Mom while you have her, it really hurts when she's gone.

Hi Dreambark,
I understand exactly how you feel because my Mom passed away also. Mother's Day can be especially painful. I feel blessed to have had a Mom who loved me and loved me unconditionally.
I see many people speak to their Moms with so much disrespect, thinking she will always be there. I also tell people to please love your Mom while she is here on earth.
What I try to do is spend Mother's day with friends or family -- this helps. It is not good to be alone. I also cry at times, this helps also.
Then I think about the good times me and my Mom had and this brings a smile to my face.
Hang in there and know that you are not alone. If you respond back, I would be honored to express more feelings to you.
Peace and Love,
Penny

Thanks for the kind words, I also cry about my Mom but I know that she is in a better place and happy. I also agree that a lot of kids today treat their mom's with disrespect and they simply do not understand your Mom won't be with you forever in the physical form. I know my Mom is with me daily in my heart. Thanks again for your thoughts and kind words.

Dear Dreambark..
I'm so sorry for your loss of your mother and its painful this time of the year i'm sure....I live far from my mother and miss her alot, but i call her and mail cards and letters alot with little packages for her..I send her flowers through the mail as much as possible.
Maybe instead of putting flowers on her grave, you can plant something in your yard as a rememberence of her.
Huggs
