why is that i feel like the room is aabout to close on me

Hello dear, I think you have social anxiety. This happens to me a lot i feel like some one hitting me or some one following are wathcin me and the door shuts down on me and lot of these. But i never really worried and not even responding to these kind of feeling. I just do what i want to do and trying to enjoy me life. Hello dear pandora. I think that it is because we are too close to people at such a crowded public place. You can hardly avoid being together with them as this is a public place. Could this be part of the reason, please? Thanks.
