so,for your two questions, #You get a star when you have completed atleast 100 posts. and now for the second unanswered question, #No body does really know how mylot works.But,most say that the amount you earn in mylot doesnot depend on your rating / reputation. I got a star when I reached 100 posts. I'm pretty sure that's the only way to get it. I might have amazingly performed some other task just as I got to 100 posts, but I'm pretty sure that didn't happen. I don't know what the number in the center means, but I'm pretty sure you get a star with your first 100 posts.
