hey guys and gals who work for someone, what is your true impression of your boss. what if you are working for someone who is really really unprofessional. what happens when you feel that you know it all and senior does not? how do you feel?

Hey i am the boss, As i have never worked for anybody howeevr i can understand what one goes through if You dont have an unprofessional boss, It must be a difficult existence in that organization, i would feel really bad if i had an unprofessional boss.. where you know yoyu are not wanted and no body likes you so i would prefer not working under an unprofessional boss...i dont know what other feel about this

I do agree that it would be difficult to work with unprofessionals esp if that one is your BOSS. However if we learn to manage our emotions then we can handle it better. read more on http://www.squidoo.com/manage-your-emotions One more way to solve this issue is to find out another job.
