Do u lie awaken?

Many ppl have pros sleeping,then do you still lie in ur bed when it's just impossible to go to sleep?Or do u get up and do sth?

If I cant sleep I will get up read a book and try and relax as I find I normally can not sleep if im not relaxed enough or have something on my mind
