What are you going to treat yourself to today?

Maybe you mean, what am i going to do to treat myself today. Everyday i have different way to treat myself. Buy some refreshing ice cream, take some body massage or facial treatment. I take some walk with my daughter inside the mall and eat whatever food we like. This morning here, i treat my self and buy some red ice tea and hot loops. That was already good as i avoid some fatty foods and diet more.

Today I work as a part time as medtech. And after that I stroll around the mall. And play in the computer all day long to unwind myself.

i'm gonna sleep all day lol

For the past few weeks, I have been working and working. I am too tired so I will have breakfast and go to starbucks to buy my favorite frap "CHOCOLATE DREAM CHIPS" or maybe at my so so fave "Coffee Beans" and buy the "cookies and cream" frap there!

Today I treated myself to my faverite ice cream. I was in a chocolate mood, and there's nothing better than chocolate fudge ice cram with those lil pieces of chocolate in it.

I think everyone should have at least a few hours each week to treat their self and just relax.When I treat my self it is to some quiet time to read and write and just be alone.To me a little quiet is peace of mind.
