what is wrong with my left ear?

these two weeks,my left ear is ringing all the time,which makes very bored.and maybe that is coz i listen with earphone too long.i am 24,and can you tell me what shall i do?i am very low and out of my condition.thank you in advance!

You should go to the doctor and have it checked out. Don't ignore this. Do you listen to loud music with your headphones?
