Do you clear your spam or leave it to be auto deleted

I administer about a dozen web sites and have spam fatigue. I don't know what they get out of it but I know I get mightily aggravated.
I speed read the titles just to make sure nothing important has slipped into spam then I delete the lot, every day, so that I know the next rotten batch is that day's and if there IS anything important in there it will be easier to pick up.
Do you check your spam or just leave the stuff to moulder away?

If it goes into a spam folder then I leave it to be auto delete it, but I do scan through it to make sure that nothing is needed, because some stuff goes into the spam that is not spam. But if it is spam and it goes into my inbox I manually delete it.

When it comes to my websites, I use a spam blocker and delete the spams right away. On my email, it's on auto delete. I don't think I ever get any important mails that gets routed to my spam box.

I generally leave it to be auto deleted. But occasionally I'll clean it out myself.
