Silkroad--online game issues

Hi all I started to play Silkroad online my son got me started.. the game gets a little boring at times. I have an issue with my laptop..its got a 256meg video card and is a pretty high end laptop.. when playing the game it seems to lock up the video at times a white screeens you have to reboot to get out of it.. has anyone else had this problem.. I have contacted silkroad support.. no response there.. thinking about sending them the direct x diagnostics files.. any ideas

I haven't have this problem because i don't use a laptop, but you should go on silkroad forums or faq to find the answer because the customer support for silkroad is like totally useless.
