Now a days spa is one of the most thrilling get away specially for a couple. But not all can afford the hilarious spa get away so i figure out that we better do it at home sometimes, less hassle for the traffic and conflict to the schedule and we can always have the privacy of our home.
So my question is what is most splendid way to prepare spa at home? but of course we need less expensive.

you could actually have your own spa in your home by first setting the mood by dimming the lights, lighting up some scented candles.. then for your treatments, you could use some homemade concoctions such as sugar scrub for your body (you could mix sugar and olive oil/honey with it), aspirin mask for acne prone skin (make sure first if you're allergic to salicylic acid) or you could use honey mask to soothe and condition the skin.. for your feet, you could soak it in warm water with a dash of peppermint oil.. =)

A couple of months ago I bought a book about having a home spa experience. It has suggestions of potions that smell fragrant and are quite natural. It has a list of essential oils that are lovely to use. Bubble bath can make a bath really special and relaxing. A foot massage can be quite delightful or you could try a head, neck and shoulders massage. You could listen to dolphin sounds or classical music to maintain the mood. Good luck and I hope that you will enjoy your spa experience.
