How many people are letting their children trick or treat?

We are going to be trick or treating in the neighborhood tonight. We live in a safe neighborhood and have wonderful neighbors. However, there has been a lot of discussions about parents not letting their kids trick or treat this year. Just wondering who out there will be or won't be trick or treating?

I don't have kids, but I don't know what I would do (or will do in the future) It's hard to say because even if you trust a lot of your neighbors, you don't really know everyone on your block. I think I'd prefer finding a local party, or doing the "mall trick or treat" thing to take my kids to.

I have no children, but even if I did... No, I would not, as personally, we do not Celebrate Halloween here for Religious beliefts. Our church has a Harvest party for them every yr. and hands out Candy, and has games for them, etc.

I let my kids go trick or treating. We live in a pretty safe older neighborhood, so I don't have to worry about someone pulling something. You do have to be ever so careful nowadays.
