The best diet out is:
• have regular family meals.
• Serve a variety of healthy foods and snacks.Choose whole-grain breads and cereals. Limit fat intake by avoiding deep-fried foods and choosing healthier cooking methods,such as broiling, grilling, roasting,and steaming. Choose low-fat or nonfat dairy products.
• Limit fast food and other low-nutrient snacks,such as chips and candy.
• Limit sugary drinks,such as soda and fruit-flavored drinks. Serve water and low-fat milk instead.
If you do according above,you will be dieted successful.

What I would say is that when it comes to diet, I would start off by choosing a little red meat that is cooked rare, a baked or mashed potatoe(s), and some veggies. I would not put any salt on it at all. I would try to trim off fat. Also avoid high-sugar and fat stuff. I would eat fat and sugar-free stuff to eat within the diet. Stay within your limits, always.

agree with tessah there healthy eating with smaller portions if you eat a lot is the best diet there is along with a healthy dose of exercise!
