Probelm with my cell phone...any idea?

I dropped my phone the other day ( nokia n73) and i was about to take a picture an hour ago but when i tried to use the camere i noticed a black spot on the screen ( and on the pic of course)Do you think it's broke? and i think i lost the receipt ..any idea?

its possible that when you dropped the phone it scratched the lens of the camera, causing the black spot to be there. Try cleaning the lense, and if that does not work, then your camera may not work anymore, and you might have to do without it or get a new phone.
