Maid/Matron of Honor

actually only once when my middle sister got married. She actually was younger and got married before me.

I've stood in four weddings. Once as maid of honor, and three times a bridesmaid. I've become the butt of my family's jokes you know the one's that go... Always a bridesmaid never a bride.,and so on.

I was actually suppose to be the Maid of Honour at my gfs wedding several yrs ago but ended up having an accident and screwing up my knee so unfortunately she had to replace me with a mutual friend of ours...

Never! Thank goodness! I have only had one close friend ask, and I was pregnant at the time and not in the mood to wear a hideous dress and put up with her crap while I was full of hormones ;)

I havent been a maid/matron of honor. I havent had the pleasure of being anything at a wedding other than a guest though I have been to 3 family weddings in the last 4 years. First of all there was my dad's wedding, then my step-brother's and then my twin brother's. My mum also got married but she eloped to Gretna Green so that doesnt count as I wasn't invited. Although I would like to a bride's maid but am not keen on the idea of wearing a dress as I dont feel comfortable in dresses, but then some people wear suits. How many times have you been a maid/matron of honor???
