What your specialty in cooking?

My specialty in cooking would be pasta. I love to experiment to new kinds of sauces and flavors. One of the specialty that I am proud of is my Sicilian Pasta. I actually learned this from a cooking show in the TV. When I tried to cook one, I tried experimenting and I had great results. I love the variety of ingredients in this menu. It is very healthy, too because of the vegetables that I put in it.
How about you? Are you good in cooking? What is your specialty that you are proud most?

Same here! Pasta's my specialty, as well. I love my spaghetti a little creamy and sour, but I also love to try out different kinds of sauces. Right now, I am trying to learn this fish pasta using flakes of fried red snapper in marinara sauce. I tasted it when I attended a scrapbooking gathering, and I hope I can cook it, too.
