When Your PC Start with Widows Starts sound but the Monitor Screen is Black out No Display.

Hey, You can always check that the monitor plg is in as tightly as possible on the back of the pc. Also that it's on (i've made that mistake) Did you see anytihng on the monitor while it was starting up? You may have to start it up a time or two more. It may be installing drivers for your graphics card. Lx =)

Yes I saw the BIOS at startup . I Know the problem is the Graphic resolution is High, some how it can be done by starting the PC in safe mode, and change the resolution in display property to a lower resolution. Now its Ok.

This may be the problem of the monitor.You said that windows start up music had came.I must check the monitors power cable,switches.Thanks himnsu

No This is not a Problem with Monitors. Beacuse the the Power Indicator LED is constant that mean the Display signal is perfect. Then the only cause is the Graphics resolution.
