Before, i can't sleep if the lights is off. I switched it On until morning...I can't sleep well especially if im alone. But, if my sister with me i switched it Off. Im used to be afraid in the dark but...i really try my best to sleep when its off. Well, i do it for now...and i can sleep well better...
How about you? what most you feel comfortable while sleeping? lights on or off?

The one thing that I really don't like is sleeping with lights turned on!! It takes hours for me to fall asleep with the lights turned on. I prefer sleeping with lights turned off! :)

I can sleep either way but I really do prefer to have the lights off, it is easier to fall asleep that way, and it is just a habit for me I guess.

In our first house, when our children were small, we used to leave a light on in the hallway so that they could find their way to our room at night. It became a habit and until I moved from that house, we never went to bed without switching that light on. In my new house, where I live alone now, I don't keep lights on during the night, because the outside lights are on and therefore it is never pitch dark at night. Maybe that helps a bit, don't you think?

I can't sleep with the lights on, it's to bright for me. In the weekend my daughter loves to snuggle up in my bed, i told her she can sleep in my bed but i'll switch the lights off when i go to bed. It's no problem for her because she's always already asleep when i go to bed.

i will always leave the toilet light on in my house.i started doing this when my children were young and they could see if they needed to go to the toilet during the night.i guess it has become a habit and i still leave it on even if it is just me at home.cheers sue
