first day at work

I was both excited and nervous on my very first day at work. Excited because finally, I am now employed and I now belong to the earning class. Excited because I can now apply the things I have learned in school. Excited because after a few days, I can now have the taste of my first salaries. I felt nervous because I don't know what lies ahead of me and I'm not very familiar with the workplace. Nervous because everybody is staring at me and I don't have any friends or acquaintance yet. Nervous because I haven't got any real experience in work and how it is to have a boss. Overall, the experience of my first day in office is not at all stressful but a learning experience which gain me my first step to success.

Since It was my first job, I was very excited during the very first day at work. Though normal behaviour is to be a little bit shy since you dont know everybody in the work place. That was after graduation in college. The first days of the series of jobs I got after that were a bit different. Though normally still have to observe things and everybody around, as well as to be quick enough to absorb the job assigned to you.
