I have become a little sad about my morning drinks routine. 7am - Tea. in bed. 8am - juice with breakfast. Orange or grapefruit. 11am. Coffee. Instant. 12.30. Water with lunch. Of course I can leave it. But I don't if I can help it. I have a friend that drinks a huge pot of tea every morning before he washes or dresses. He must have a heck of a bladder. LOL

I used to be majorly addicted to coffee (we're talking 3-4 pots of coffee a day here!). It used to be the first thing I'd have when I woke up and I'd have a cup in my hand all day long. After getting the "coffee shakes" for a while I ended up going full decaf for a long time, but still needed it as part of my "routine". Unfortunately the massive amounts of coffee I put in my system have kind of screwed me up so that I can't drink coffee at all anymore. I've been coffee free for over a year and actually feel much better for it - although I never would have believed it several years ago!

I absolutely must have two cups of coffee in the morning or I get a headache. I like tea, but it is not strong enough.I drink either one black.

I have to confess that I am a coffeeholic and have to have my coffee in the morning. I usually have my cafetierre and a warm croissant in the mornings, but I don't mind if I run out of milk, black coffee will do just as well.
