Mangoes

How do you like to eat your mangoes? Some like it ripe. Some like it unripe, eaten with salt or "bagoong". Some like it made as shake. I love it when my mother makes mango-cream float. It's when magoes are layered with graham crackers, cream, and condensed milk. How about you?

No doubt, I always love to take ripe mangoes of different varieties available in season. But when raw and tender mango is available, I prefer it to take in pieces and cooked in dal for an excellent taste of dal (try it) {:) Thanks for your discussion on mangoes!

I like raw mangoes.Try this take a raw mango and cut it in to small pieces then mix it with chilly powder and salt and the add few drops of coconut oil in to it.

Hi Angel, Have you tried out mango cut into small pieces and then have it with vanilla ice cream? Try it out once, you need not even make milk shake, just mango as it is should be enough for you. Have you ever made fruit salad?

Hi there Madlees! I haven't tried that but that sounds good. I mght give it a try one of these days since it seems like it's hotter here now than last month. We always make fruit salad though. I love it too. Thank you very much for your response.

Hmmmm I love mangoes. And mango float taste really good actually in every occasion at home I made one at least. I also fond of drinking mango shake.
