what people want from work?

every person has different reasons for working,the reasons for working are as individual as the person.but we all work becausse we obtain soemthing that we need from work.the something we obtain from work impacts our morale and motivation and the quality of our lives.here are the post recent thinking about waht people want from work:
work is about money
work is for love
work is for personal fulfillment
work is for accomplishing goals.
work is for filling people's time with activity.
so which do you think is more important or putting first that the reason we work?

I work for my own satisfaction and to be financially independant. I dont like to depend on others for my own needs. Also sitting at home is not too good for my mind , so i work to remain active , earn a living and also it gives me a sense of importance

work has different reason attached to it.people too have many reasons to work,some work to make a living while others work to pass the time they have.there are still some people who work to learn somethings and others for extra pocket money.whatever be the reason work does teaches every being to be responsible and understand the value of money.its easy to spend what you get from parents and family but when you have to earn you understand its importance!
