My task manager file menu disappear

hi, when i utrse cl + alt + del so my task manager appear but file menu dis solve this problem. my many friends says that reinstaappear after installing xp service pack 3 can anyonell the os but i want to fix this problem without formatting or reinstall my os.
i upload my task manager image there is no file menu.

Just as a note XP service pack 3 hasnt been released yet. The most up to date service pack (which is several years old) is Service pack 2.
Service pack 3 was slated to be released last year but was pushed back to 2008..supposedly the first half of 2008 with no specific dates as of yet that i have found.

i think you are right but my system property shows that you have "service pack 3, v.3244"
and i got vista look option.
i am not sending u a capture of this becouse u don't belive this believe (becouse of my name) but if u want i can send u a capture of this.
