new and confused

Hi and welcome to myLot. Don't worry about feeling confused, almost everyone does when they first join. It does take time to understand how things work but don't be afraid to ask anything, you will always find people who are friendly and willing to help. hi marybeth! Welcome to mylot. There are a lot of really great people on this site. It has been a little slow latly but you will see that it picks up every month closer to the end. My advice for someone who is new would be to focus on the quality of what you re saying and not the quantity of the posts that you have. The people on this site for the most part are very warm, and i think that you will find that you make friends here very fast.

Welcome pal. It's great to have new people in here, as I was about 2 weeks ago. Anyway, don't feel like you need to learn everything that is in here all in one sitting. It takes time - a little time to be exact. Just have fun, post discussions, respond to other discussions, invite friends, and if you get invited, accept them according to whom you like. Just feel free to browse every button here, and read the instructions provided by mylot on one of the links. I am sure that in no time, you shall be more and more at home with this site.
