fruit or fruit juice???

is the fruit juice or the whole fruit for you?do you like to eat fruit teh way it is or prefer to make a shake or or a juice? i prefer fruits the way they are.they are healthy and i like munching on them when i feel hungry!!!what's your say?

Eating a whole fruit is more beneficial because you get more of nutrients. But I think it's nice to make a shake or juice out of fruits once in a while. I also find that peeling an orange can be very relaxing... it's like sitting down after a long busy day and unwinding all the stress. Biting into fruits, such as apples, is also a nice way to clean your teeth (sort of like chewing gum without the aspartame and artificial flavors). Overall I would have to say eating a whole fruit is the way to go!

I would add that there is a downside to eating fruit which should be acknowledged, and that is the high fructose levels in it. I've been cutting back somewhat on fruit and looking elsewhere for my nutrients because I am trying to cut sugar intake across the board.

I don;t really like fruit juice that much unless it is peach juice, so I prefer to eat all my fruits whole.

I have no preference, I love both. I usually have fruit juice with my breakfast and then snack on fruit during the day. My sons favourite at the moment is apples or grapes, but enjoy bananas and plums more. Ellie :D

I prefer fruit juice or a fruit milk shake they have the same nutrients and because its in liquid form its easy to digest in the stomach and gives lot of energy.
