I live in the country but really, in my heart, I'm a big city girl. I love the hustle and bustle of the city. My favorite city is New York and I've been there 3 times now. The country is nice but too many bugs in the summer and not alot to do. What about you, what do you prefer?

I live in Peshawar city. Peshawar is a busiest city of North West Frontier Province of Pakistan. It is a capital city of the province of my country. It has hundred and one problems. But we are living here since my birth. It highly populated and rise in the population is one of the biggest problems. Pollution, traffic jam, sewerage system and such many problems are there which we are facing. People living in small towns have no such problems but they can not enjoy the facilities available in big cities and they rush to big cities and they cause to create the problems of the city. Solution of this draw back is to provide the basic facilities to every town so that they should not rush to cities.

When the kids were little, we used to think how nice it would be to have all this space and animals and all that stuff for them. When the kids got older, they said they liked having all their friends in the neighborhood and it would have been boring for them in the country. We'll never know. That's the wishful thinking part.
I've never lived in the country, but I would like to try a nice long stay to see how I'd like it. As I'm getting older, I don't feel the need for being around all the activity and people in the city. I think I'd like the country.

I used to prefer the country more but not where we live. We were burglarised back in 1998 and we lived fairly close to the city. We moved out to the country after that for a more peaceful life and my husband loves the wooded areas for deer hunting. We also bought our first home here. It is anything but peaveful here though. It is worse than what it was in the city.

Here we have cities and provinces. I do like living in the city, but I also like taking short vacations in the province. It's nice to relax in provinces where the air is clean and fresh, and life is not like everyone is in a rush all the time. I like going to the beach, and there are no beaches in the city. So we would go to the province to go swimming in the beach. I don't want to stay in the province too long, because I would easily get bored. That's why I'm hoping one day we could buy a resthouse in some province where we could stay once in a while whenever we need to take a break from the busy city life.

I prefer country actually. Maybe because i get used to live in big city with hustle stuff and smoke and etc. Maybe sometimes we can switch place...LOL. I like country with cool breeze and riding a horse that will be nice.

I was raised in the country. Then once I got married I lived in the city for 2 years and hated it. I could not leave my door open after dark for the fear of some drunk walking in. I hated the houses were so close together. So I perfer to live in the country. It is so much quieter.

I also prefer to live in the city although I think it is nice to sometimes get out of the busy life and experience the peaceful side of the country. I've only been to NYC twice, but I am definitely excited about going there again in the near future. It was kind of interesting though, the last time that I was there, I didn't enjoy it as much, it was overwhelming at first, and seemed so fast-paced that I don't know if I could keep up with that for a very long time.
