A clockwork orange was "banned" but that was actually banned by the Stanley Kubrick himself. I find banned films don't have the impact when you watch them as they were normally banned many years ago. The exorcist is a good example, it was banned for its extreme content but in todays film world it is mild at best.
A couple of banned films I know of:
Cannibal Holocaust
Last House on the Left
These are ones banned in the UK not sure if they were banned elsewhere.

I guess that depends on what you mean by banned and as to who banned them. I saw the "Exorcist". It was ok to me but wasn't really worth all the hype that went with it. I know the Roman Catholic Church banned it. It also banned "The Last Temptation of Christ". I enjoyed this movie; however it is one you need to watch from beginning to end. If you stop it early it won't make much sense and you will find it blasphemous.
