Today I am 53. I do not have any healthy problem.
I am very happy to not contribute for the death of millions of animals.
I am very happy to not be exposure to many deseases that the meat can generate.
And about you? You can survive without meat. If not I recomment you stop at least to eat read meat and reduce little by little your not meal based on animal protein.

People eat way too much meat. I've been a vagetarian for over 15 years and I am only 28. This was my own decision from a young age and I have loved being a vegetarian ever since.
People don't realize all the suffering that comes from eating a meat-based diet. There are also other factors such as hormones and antibiotics pumped into the animals at such an unhealthy level, the diseases and infections, the fat, the environmental impact, and countless other reasons why I personally do not eat meat.
If people would just give up meat for ONE day each week, that would make a considerable difference... But most refuse. It breaks my heart to think of all the penned animals suffering and living in fear daily. :(
