Constantly lying.......what would you do!

Seriously I have this friend who constantly lies to me and I am starting to get really turned off the friendship. I have confronted her on several occasions and gave her plenty of opportunities to come clean sometimes. I think I have had enough of her bull dust. I have not spoken to her for a while now and I am beginning to like that and I am not answering her calls and I know she will get the picture and stop calling me altogether. I think that is what I want because life is more peaceful without her. Do you have a friend that constantly lies, do you put up with their crap?

To answer your question. No, I don't have a friend like that, nor do I want one. One of my biggest pet peeves is a "liar". I totally and absolutely have no use for them. I feel if someone is going to lie about something, they will also stab you in the back. Also it is also know, a person who lies has to continue to lie to cover up the previous told ones. I have better things to do with my time, then to consider someone like that a friend, and deal with the BS.
If you know this person is lying, and you truly had enough of catching them in it. Simply tell them so, and that you wish not to be friends with someone like that.

i agree, I always told every man before I thought of getting into a relationship with him that a relationship built on one or more lies is nothing at all and that I would never waist my time If I know it would start out that way.

That is the only solution at this point, it can be hard when you grow up with someone but the rules should still apply I guess and if they are real friends then perhaps they will not do that to you. People should learn from their experiences and when it is time to move on it is time to move on. I don't know why some people are the way they are perhaps they grew up that way or something. I am tired of being the good friend only to have it all thrown in my face like that.

I do have a friend who tells lies constantly,and the worst thing is that her lies are just so easy to tell.
Sometimes,she talks a lot about one thing,and you know what I do?I keep talking to myself:Don't listen to her.It's totally worthless.
Actually,this sort of people are quite common nowadays,so, if you don't really like her,then just ignoring her!

That is exactly what I started doing with her calls to me. I just had enough and stopped answering her calls. It is not fair on me always trying to be there for her and this is the way she thanks me for my friendship. I don't think so. Thanks for the support.
