Which kind of food do you usually eat for breakfast?

I usually eat two pieces of bread , an egg ,a bottle ofmilk and an apple . What about you?

I know they say breakfast is very important to eat and start your day off right but the truth is I hardly ever eat in the morning.When I do eat it's always just fruit.Something very lite on the tummy.
